New York, New Look

Excitement barely encapsulates all the emotions running through my core and extremities. One of the most invaluable treats we can give ourselves is the joy of travel. New York is a destination in which I have had the pleasure of visiting upon many occasions, as I have family in Long Island and friends scattered about the city. Since this will be my first time exploring with just friends, it is sure to provide a much needed sense of freedom and reckless fun.

I have a horrible tendency to over pack for trips, so I'm very carefully selecting an outfit for each day that I'm there. I know, it's a little much but checking in luggage costs money now and I sure as hell would rather put my extra $25 (yes, that's what Virgin America charges for each check-in item) toward shopping, eating, and drinking. And, if you really know me, then you know I'm just kidding about the drinking part. It's pretty much my code for sweets and desserts.
